Connect an adapter to a LAN port of a router for internet access, and plug it into a wall
receptacle nearby.
Connect the other adapter to a wired device such as a set-top box, and plug it to a wall
receptacle.
Wait until the PLC LED indicators of the two adapters light solid on.
