LCD screen display instructions
Calories: accumulates calorie consumption during exercise, as a reference value only,
not for medical purposes.
Count: accumulates the number of steps, with the ratio of steps per minute.
Mode: various functions can be selected with the function key. If held down for 3
seconds, all values will return to zero and start calculating again.
Important notice: any input will start the display. By pressing the mode button four
functions (time/second, time, calories, auto scan) can be selected. The small arrow on
the display will show various functions corresponding to the four arrows below the
display.
Auto Scan: the display will automatically show for 4 seconds, separately, the
times/second, time and calories under this condition.
Auto Power Off: If there is no input signal for 4 seconds, the display will automatically
turn off. But it will turn on again when you exercise or touch the mode button.

Thank you for choosing our product. To ensure your safety and health, please use this
equipment correctly. It is important to read this entire manual before assembling and
using the equipment. Safe and effective use can only be achieved if the equipment is
properly assembled, maintained and operated. It is your responsibility to ensure that all
users of the equipment are informed of all warnings and cautions.
1. Before beginning any exercise program, you should consult your physician to
determine if you have any medical or physical condition that may jeopardize your
health and safety, or prevent you from using the equipment properly. Your physician's
advice is essential if you are taking medications that affect your heart rate, blood
pressure or cholesterol level.
2. Be aware of your body's signals. Incorrect or excessive exercise can damage your
health. Stop exercising if you experience any of the following symptoms: pain, chest
tightness, irregular heartbeat, shortness of breath, dizziness, fainting, nausea or
lightheadedness. If you experience any of these symptoms, you should consult your
doctor before continuing your exercise programme.
3. Keep children and pets away from the equipment. The equipment is designed for adult
use.
4. Use the equipment on a solid, flat surface with a protective floor covering or carpet. To
ensure safety, the equipment should have at least 1.2 meters of clearance around it.
5. Ensure that all nuts and bolts are tight before using the equipment. The safety of the
equipment can only be maintained if it is regularly checked for damage and/or wear.
6. Always use the equipment as directed. If you find defective components while
assembling or checking the equipment, or if you hear unusual noises coming from the
equipment during use, discontinue use immediately and do not use the equipment until
the problem has been corrected.
7. Wear appropriate clothing when using the equipment. Avoid wearing loose-fitting
clothing that may become entangled in the equipment.
8. Do not place fingers or objects in the moving parts of the equipment.
