2 – 6 MOUNTING THE VISOR
To ensure effective protection, it is crucial to correctly
attach the visor to the helmet, thereby ensuring maxi-
mum safety. The visor should be adjusted to fit the user
and positioned to minimise any entry of external ele-
ments that could cause injury to the eye. The protective
material used in this product is made of hypoallergenic
materials. However, some individuals, particularly sensi-
tive ones, may experience allergic reactions. In such
cases, it is recommended to discontinue use and consult
a doctor if necessary.
Insert the clips provided into the corresponding slots on
the helmet (2) and then clip the visor to each side of the
helmet by inserting the pins into the clips (3a). To re-
move, press the button on the clips and carefully remove
the pin from the clip. The visor can be positioned in the
lower or upper position. This corresponds to the working
position or the storage position.
To change or attach the visor to the holder (only HELMET
VISOR FULL FACE, HELMET VISOR MESH), position the
central tooth of the visor in the middle of the frame (6),
then snap the sides of the visor using the support's
grooves (6).
To remove the adapter, press outward on the attachment
tooth inside the shell (6) and remove the adapter.
Be sure to carefully follow these instructions for proper
installation and removal of the visor on the helmet.
7 TRANSPORT AND STORAGE
Place your visor in the storage position on your helmet.
Use the visor protection accessory (only HELMTE VISOR
CLEAR, HELMET VISOR SUN, see 3b) provided for, or
store your helmet with your visor in a bag. Store the visor
in a warm, dry place, away from UV rays and do not
crush the visor. Any modification or repair is forbidden
(except those made by the manufacturer). Do not apply
stickers, solvents, labels, or paint that do not meet the
manufacturer's specifications. Only spare parts supplied
by the manufacturer may be used.
8 MAINTENANCE
Rinse your visor with water (temperature not exceeding
30°C) and soap. Be careful, cleaning the visor with water
may damage the anti-scratch and anti-fog surface treat-
ment. Leave to dry in an environment not exceeding
+30°C, away from the sun. Do not use abrasive cleaning
products or cloths.
