- eine unsachgemäße und zweckwidrige Nutzung der Ware.
- eine unsachgemäße Verarbeitung, Konstruktionsveränderungen, Verwendung von nicht originellen Teilen
und Materialien.
- eine unsachgemäße Montage, Wartung, Lagerung oder unsachgemäßer Transport.
Garantie umfasst keine Betriebsteile, die dem Verschleiß unterliegen(Räder, Lager, Reifen, Griffe,
Schleifpapiere, Bremsen für Inlineskates und Rollschuhe u.ä.)
5. Reklamation sollte elektronisch an claims@pyc.pl vorgebracht werden und sollte ein gut lesbares Foto
des Kaufnachweises, ausführliche Beschreibung des Mangels, Fotos oder einen Film beinhalten, die den
Mangel zeigen. Wenn der Garantiegeber nicht im Stande ist, anhand diesen Unterlagen über die Richtigkeit
des Anspruches zu entscheiden, sollte der Garantiegeber den Anspruchsteller innerhalb von 3 Arbeitstage
über die Notwendigkeit des Rückversands an die Adresse des Garantiegebers informieren:

Der Anspruchsteller trägt die Kosten des Rückversands. Reklamierte
Ware sollte gut zum Versand eingepackt werden – der Garantiegeber ist nicht für transportbedingte Mängel
haftbar. Im Fall des Anerkennens der Reklamation ist der Garantiegeber zur kostenlosen Reparatur verpflichtet.
Wenn der Mangel nicht zum Entfernen ist, ist der Garantiegeber zum Umtausch gegen neues Produkt ohne
Mangel und zur Rücksendung des Produkts auf Garantiegebers Kosten verpflichtet. Der Garantiegeber
kann über Erstattung von Produktkosten entscheiden, wenn der Umtausch nicht möglich ist oder wenn es
unverhältnismäßig hohe Kosten der Reparatur oder des Umtausches entstehen. Falls die Reklamation nicht
anerkannt wird, trägt der Anspruchsteller die Kosten für die Rücksendung des Produkts.
6. Garantie schließt die Gewährleistungsrechte des Käufers weder aus, noch schränkt ein oder setzt sie aus.
7. Die Garantie unterliegt dem Recht der Republik Polen. Alle im Zusammenhang mit der Garantie entstandenen
Streitigkeiten werden ausschließlich von dem für den Sitz des Garantiegebers zuständigen ordentlichen
Gericht entschieden.
8. Garantiegewährung ist unentgeltlich.

Operation and maintenance:
Clean the shell of the boots gently with a damp cloth. Do not dry boots on radiators. Keep away from
fire. Take the boot out of the box, loosen the laces. Insert your foot into the boot, pull the welt of the
inner boot so that your foot is securely held in the boot, then tie the outer boot.
Before use and after any fall, inspect the boot for damage - in particular check that the structure of the
boot shell is intact and that the hooks for fixing laces are not broken.
Additional equipment and characteristics of spare parts:
The boots come with no additional equipment. In the event of damage to any element of the boots,
further use of the equipment is forbidden. Before further use the defective part must be replaced
with an original one available at the manufacturer.
SNOWBOARDING IS AN EXTREME SPORT, THEREFORE PLEASE FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS
CAREFULLY.
WARNING: BEFORE REMOVING THE BOOT FROM THE BINDING, TAKE CARE TO PROPERLY
UNSTRAP THE BINDING (IN THE CASE OF CLASSIC BINDINGS) OR TO FULLY OPEN THE HIGHBACK
TO A „FLAT" POSITION (IN REAR-ENTRY BINDINGS). ATTEMPTING TO FORCEFULLY REMOVE THE
BOOT FROM THE BINDING MAY RESULT IN DAMAGING IT!

WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. The warranty of the products of Croxer, Pathron, Raven and Zethum brands is granted by:

2. Warranty period:
For consumers: 30 months for scooters, inline skates, snowboards and bindings of Raven brand, 24 months for
other products. For entrepreneurs: 12 months. The warranty period is counted from the date of sale.
3. Warranty territory: valid exclusively in EU.
4. The warrantor is liable only for physical defects already present in the sold product at the time of delivery.

The warranty does not cover defects caused by reasons such as:
- external factors: mechanical damage, effect of water, fire, chemical agents, excessive dirt, etc.,
- use contrary to the recommendations of the instruction manual or the intended use of the product,
- unauthorized modification of the product, design changes or the use of accessories and materials that are
non-original or do not comply to the recommendations,
- improper assembly, maintenance, storage and transport of the product.
The warranty does not cover wear and tear of consumable items (wheels, bearings, tires, grips, grip tapes, roller
skate or inline skate brakes, etc.).
5. The complaint should be submitted using an electronic form – to the e-mail address claims@pyc.pl – and
include: a legible photo of the proof of purchase, a detailed description of the defect, photos or a video showing
the defect. If the warrantor is unable to decide on the validity of the claim on their basis, he will inform the
claimant within 3 working days at the latest, about the need to send the product to the returns and complaints

of sending the product to the warrantor. The claimed product should be properly secured during transport - the
warrantor is not liable for defects caused by transport. If the warrantor accepts the warranty complaint, a free
of charge repair will be undertaken, and, in case of a defect that cannot be repaired, a defect-free replacement
product will be provided. The warrantor may decide to refund the price of the product when the repair or
replacement of the product entails disproportionately high costs for the warrantor or is impossible. If the
complaint is rejected, the costs of sending the product back shall be borne by the complainant.
6. The warranty does not exclude, limit, or suspend the rights of the buyer under binding provisions of law/
non-conformity of goods with the contract.
7. The warranty is governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. All disputes arising in connection with the
warranty shall be exclusively settled by the common court competent for the warrantor's registered office.
8. The warranty is granted free of charge.

Provoz a údržba:
Povrch bot jemně očistěte vlhkým hadříkem. Nesušte boty na radiátorech. Držte dál od ohně.
Vyjměte boty z krabice, povolte vnější a vnitřní tkaničky. Vložte nohu do boty, zatáhněte za lem vnitřní
boty tak, aby vaše noha byla bezpečně upevněna v botě, a pak zavažte vnější botu. Před použitím a
po každém pádu zkontrolujte botu, zda není poškozená - zejména zkontrolujte, zda je struktura boty
neporušená a zda nejsou zlomené háčky pro upevnění tkaniček.
Doplňkové vybavení a vlastnosti náhradních dílů:
Boty jsou dodávány bez dalšího vybavení. V případě poškození kteréhokoli prvku obuvi je další
používání bot zakázáno. Před dalším použitím musí být vadný díl vyměněn za originální dostupný
u výrobce.
