PROBLEM
"Add water" indicator

POSSIBLE CAUSE
Lack of Water
The anti-blocking cover
is blocked
The ice making cycle
time is too long;
The evaporator is too
much immersed in the
ice box.
The water temperature
in the tank is too low.
Ambient temperature or
water temperature is
too high.
Leak in the refrigeration
system.
Clogged refrigeration
system
SOLUTION
Add water to remake ice
Clean
Stop ice making. After
the ice cubes melt,
restart ice making and
select Small Ice.
Adjust the evaporator.
Change the water in
the tank, the water
temperature should be
between 8 °C and 32 °C.
Please make ice
when the ambient
temperature is lower
than 32°C, and add a
certain amount of cold
water to the water tank.
