INSPECTION OF YOUR CAB AIR FILTRATION SYSTEM
It is important that the overpressure fi lter system remains in good condition, have your
system inspected annually to allow you or your employees to work safely.
The F40 is manufactured to the strictest requirements and is suitable for any nati-
onal or international standards. The standards vary globally, but the system must
always be in compliance due to the following tested features of the F40:
The overpressure in the cabin is more than 100 Pa and less than 300 Pa
with an air exchange between 40 and 120 m3. The pressure is tested
according to the standard.
The overpressure fi lter system is designed in such a way that the
drawn-in air can only enter the workspace via the placed fi lters.
There is a green indication that can be seen from the workplace whether
the overpressure fi lter system is in use and fi lters have been installed.
Optionally, this green indicator can also be expanded outside the cabin
in the form of a green lamp.
If a sensor is available, it will give an alarm above the set limit value.
It is possible to have the positive pressure fi lter system start automatically
when the machine is started. It is possible to shut down the system after
booting.
The system has the option to be expanded with a recirculation unit in the
cabin.
A certifi cate is issued after delivery of the overpressure fi lter
system. This certifi cate is valid for one year. The inspection
sticker is also visible in the cabin. The expiry date of the
certifi cation can be found on this inspection sticker. You
can also view the certifi cation online by scanning the QR
code. The digital fi lter log can also be found via the same
code.
After one year, it is highly recommended to have your

cab air fi ltration system checked annually by your dealer.

The dealer will inspect the cab air fi ltration system for
the applicable standard in your country. This keeps your
system in top condition and safe working in a highly polluted environment.
The expiry date of the sticker will be adjusted and the renewed certifi cation can
also be found via the QR code.
An additional advantage of the QR code is that service and/or fi lters can be
requested. Your dealer will immediately receive a notifi cation of your request and
can assist you quickly. If you prefer to call your dealer or send an e-mail, the details
can also be found on the back of this manual.
