If the motor is of dry structure, do not fill it with oil or water.

After power is cut off, allow the motor to cool before removing the

pump from the water to avoid explosion or accidents.
14. Oil Chamber:
The pump's oil chamber contains machine oil to lubricate and cool the

mechanical seal. If damaged, the oil may leak and harm the
environment, especially in areas involving plants, livestock, drinking
water, or food processing.
Users must assess the operating environment before selecting this
o
pump. If oil leaks, stop the pump immediately and handle the
situation appropriately.
15. Cable Replacement:
If the soft cable is damaged, replace it using the special cable supplied
o
by the factory or maintenance department.
Maintenance
1.
Regular Insulation Resistance Check:
•
Periodically check the insulation resistance between the pump winding and motor casing. It
should not fall below 50MΩ.
•
If the resistance is lower than 50MΩ, corrective measures must be taken. Once the issue is
resolved, the electric pump can be used again.
2.
Dismantling and Inspection:
•
Vulnerable Parts: During regular maintenance, disassemble the pump and check vulnerable
parts like:
o
Ball bearings
o
Mechanical seals
o
Impellers
Replace any damaged parts.

Oil Change:
o
Remove the oil-filled screw in the oil chamber.
Fill the chamber with 10# mechanical oil to about 80-90% of its capacity.

Pressure Test:
o
After repairing or replacing parts, perform a pressure test.
Maintain a pressure of 0.2 MPa for 3 minutes, ensuring no leaks or sweating occur.

3.
Long-Term Storage:
If the pump is not used for an extended period, do not leave it submerged in water.

Run the pump in clean water for several minutes to remove hard sediments inside and
•
outside.
