Installation and Warnings
1. Inspection Before Use:
Check for any damage to the cable, plug, or other parts due to
o
transport or storage.
Ensure the insulation resistance exceeds 50MΩ.
o
2. Grounding and Protection:
The electric pump must be equipped with a leakage protector.
o
The yellow-green core with a grounding mark from the lead-out cable
o
of the three-phase electric pump must be properly grounded.
3. Pre-Submersion Test:
Before submersion, perform a trail-run test for no more than 1
o
minute.
Check the rotation direction of the pump. If incorrect, turn off the
o
power and swap any two of the three phases.
4. Hose Fastening and Carrying:
Use a wire or clamp to secure the soft hose and attach a screwed joint
o
or welded flange for steel hoses.
Fasten the pump with a rope through the handle for carrying.
o
5. Cable Handling:
Do not strike or press the cable, and do not use the cable as a hoisting
o
rope.
Avoid pulling the cable while the pump is in operation to prevent
o
damage that may result in electric shock.
6. Submersion Depth:
The pump's submersion depth must not exceed 5 meters from the
o
water bottom.
Do not place the pump in mud to avoid clogging by weeds or other
o
debris.
Regularly monitor the water level to ensure the pump is submerged
o
during operation and does not run out of water.
7. Safety During Operation:
Do not allow washing, swimming, or bathing near the operation area
o
to avoid accidents.
8. Cable Adjustment for Long Distances:
If the pump is far from the power source, use a thicker cable based on
o
the distance (thicker than the pump cable).
9. Built-In Protection Device:
In normal operation, the built-in protection device (0.25 - 2.2 kW)
o
should not activate. If it turns on frequently, turn off the power,
resolve the issue, and restart.
10. Use Within Rated Head Range:
Ensure the pump is used within the rated head range to prevent
o
overloading and potential damage.
