Cleaning:
• Slightly dampen a soft, lint-free cloth with water or rubbing alcohol to clean your device after
every treatment.
• DO NOT submerge your device in water at any time.
Charging:
• Before first use, charge your Mini+ device for four (4) hours or until all 3 LEDs are lit solid.
• The Mini+ device will NOT turn on when it is charging.
• For continued optimal battery life, it is recommended to charge your Mini+ device at least once
a week.
• A fully charged device should last for approximately 2 weeks of use based on daily usage of
5 minutes.
• Keep the product out of the reach of children when charging.
• Keep the product away from high temperature, open flame and water sources when charging to
prevent short circuiting or damaging the battery.
• Plug the charger into a wall outlet away from water, and within a location that can be accessed
and disconnected easily.
Battery:
For ideal battery life, we recommend charging your Mini+ device when the low battery indicator
(1 LED light only) is displayed on your device.
Check Battery Status:
To check your device battery level, hold the power button down on your device for one (1) second.
The battery level will be illuminated through the three (3) LEDs:
LED LIGHT INDICATOR
NO LED Lights No Battery Power
A full charge cycle of four (4) hours is recommended before use.
1 LED Flashing Critical Battery. Not enough charge to start a treatment.
1 LED
Low Battery
2 LED Medium Battery
3 LEDs Full Battery
Power Adapter:
Only use the external power supply provided with the Mini+ device with the following specifications:
5VAC 1A. Connect the power adapter in a location that can be easily accessed and disconnected
from the outlet. If your power adapter is damaged or missing, visit www.NuFACE.com to purchase
a replacement.

Storage:
The Mini+ device is intended to be stored and used at room temperature. Use caution prior to
using the device if it has been stored or not used for an extended period of time. Inspect the
device and do not use it if there are any signs of internal battery leaks.
Disposal:
IMPORTANT: If disposing the device, do not put into a fire. Dispose of the device and its
batteries per local regulations.

DEVICE NOT TURNING ON
• Check to see if your Mini+ device is fully charged.
• If your Mini+ device is not turning ON, the battery may be drained.
• A full charge cycle of four (4) hours may be required for the device.

Resetting Your Device:
• To reset your device, plug your Mini+ device to the power supply.
• Hold down the power button for 10 seconds.
• The 1st and 3rd LEDs will blink three (3) times.
• Once the LEDs stop blinking you may start using your Mini+ device.
IMPORTANT: With a factory reset, you will need to redo your Bluetooth® pairing and settings.
DO NOT attempt to troubleshoot by disassembling the product as this will void the warranty and
may cause injury.

NuFACE® warrants that all NuFACE® Mini+ devices are free from manufacture defects in materials
and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of your original purchase. Our
obligation under this Warranty is limited to replacement of the product which will not extend the
period of your Warranty. This Warranty does not cover damage covered by abuse, improper
care, application of harmful chemicals, product that may have been altered in any way, loss of the
device and product purchased from an unauthorized seller.
NO OTHER WARRANTY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, WHETHER OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE OR OF MERCHANTABILITY OR OF ANY OTHER KIND, SHALL EXIST IN RESPECT TO
SUCH PRODUCT.

For all product purchased outside of the United States, warranty and returns are per your place of
purchase—spa, retailer, or distributor. Please consult your receipt or place of purchase for their
return and warranty policy.

The NuFACE® Mini+ complies with the requirements of IEC 60601-1-2:2014 (EMC Collateral
Standard) including the E-field susceptibility requirements at a 10 volts per meter, at frequencies
from 80 MHz to 2.7 GHz. However, even at this level of device immunity, certain transmitting
devices (cellular phones, two-way radios, cordless phones, paging transmitters, RFID devices, etc.)
emit radio frequencies that could interrupt Mini+ operation if operated in a range too close to
the device. Users should be aware of possible radio frequency interference if portable devices
are operated in close proximity to the Mini+. It is recommended that transmitting devices such
