Before first use:
Unpack the appliance, check that it is complete and set it up (see Setting up the appliance).
Clean the appliance (see Cleaning).
OPERATION - SETTINGS
Temperature Control Knob Settings
1. Power Connection:
Connect the power cord to a suitable power source. A short signal tone "beep" will sound, and the display will briefly
show "---".
(Note: If no further input is made within 10 seconds, the display will automatically turn off to save energy.)
2. Turning on the Device:
Press and hold the button until "ON" appears on the display, then press it again briefly. The display will now show the
last set temperature. Turn the digital knob to set the desired temperature on the cooking plate. If the device remains
inactive for 10 seconds, the display will show "---" and turn off after another 10 seconds.
3. Setting the Temperature:
Turn the digital knob clockwise to increase the temperature in 10°C increments, or counterclockwise to decrease the
temperature in 1°C increments.
4. Confirming the Temperature:
After turning on the device, briefly press the button until a number appears on the display. Turn the digital knob to
select the desired temperature, then press the button briefly again to confirm the setting. The device will begin heating,
and the "℃" indicator will blink to confirm.
5. Maintaining the Temperature:
Once the set temperature is reached, the "℃" indicator will light up continuously. The device will stop the heating
process and switch to warm-keeping mode.
6. Turning off the Device:
Press and hold the button until "---" appears on the display. After 10 seconds, the display will turn off. To turn the
device back on, press and hold the button again.

CLEANING

Ensure that the device is disconnected from the power supply and has cooled down. Wipe the exterior and interior surfaces with
a damp, soft cloth. A mild dishwashing detergent can be used. Wipe again without any cleaning agents, then dry thoroughly. Do
not use sharp, bleaching, corrosive, or abrasive cleaning agents/cleaning aids, as they may damage/scratch the surfaces.
Clean the device daily after use to keep it clean.

MAINTENANCE

The device requires very little maintenance. Follow the points under Installation and Cleaning.
STORAGE / TRANSPORTATION
Switch off the unit, disconnect the mains plug.
