LOADING THE BATTERY
Remove the grip by turning it counterclockwise and install the
"C" size battery provided in the battery holder according to the indi-
cation of polari tv. Replace the grip. A long life battery can operate
the microphone for about 15,000 hours continuously. If sound quality
dateriorates, replace the battery.
OPERATION

1. Setting the microphone
Set the microphone pointed towards the center of the sound
source (instruments or voices) with the L mark on the left and the
R mark on the right when looking towards the sound source. When
you pick up sounds from complex sources such as orchestras, vou
should not approach any particular part of the source because
the balance of sounds might be lost. If you pick up the voice
of a small number of people, keep the microphone about 20cm
(8") away from the source. When holding it by hand, do not
move it in your palm to prevent generation of noise.
