1. Press the MODE button. This will change the watch trom TIME to TIMER function. The display will
snow the word TMR. press MODE again to change to COUNTDOWN & up timer. This has the word
TMR with the Down PLUS Up arrows.

press MODE again to change to COUNTIJP timer. This has the word TMR with JUST the up arrow.

Press MODE again to change to go back to the TIME to see the time Otday. The display will show
the word TIME for 5 seconds then change to the day Of the week.
It is possible to use MODE to change through the functions whether the timer is running or not.

Once in timer mode there are 2 options COUNTDOWN or COUNTUP. Once
countdown or user programmed countup has been chosen the other option is not avanable i.e. if the
user programs the time in countdown, then there is no option for programmable countup It the user
programs the time in countup. there is no option tor programmable countdown.

SILENCING
If you preter to use the watch purely as a visual
reference only, it is possible to silence the beep.
This is done by pressing MODE and holding it
for approximately 2 seconds. A short beep
indicates
that this has been successful

disappears to show the beep is off. To re-activate
the beep, press and hold MODE until you hear the
beep and the icon ot the bell comes back on.
STOPPING

If you preter to use the watch purely as a visual

This can only be done in the time ot day mode.
This is done by pressing SEC and holding it for
approximately 2 seconds. A short beep indicates
that this has been successful
