THE

1. put the watch into clock mode by pressing the MODE button (The clock mode can be recognised
by the flashing colon between the hours and minutes digits and also by either AM or PM being
visible at the top ot the display).

Press the CLEAR button and hold it down for approximately 2 seconds until the display begins to
flash the seconds digits The display shows the word Second.
3. Press the MIN (minutes) button to reset the seconds to 00. The seconds will then count up.
4, Once the correct seconds are set, press the MODE button, This will confirm the seconds and the
minutes will flash. The display will show the word Mirute

Press MIN to alter the minutes.
Notes a) Each time you press the button the clock will advance 1 minute
b) Keeping the button pressed in tor a couple of secords will Start fast scrdling through the minutes.
Once the correct minute is set, press the MODE button. This will confirm the minutes and make the

hours flash. The display will say the word Hour, Use the MIN button to alter the hours in the same way
as the
minutes
were
set.

Once the correct hours are set confirm by pressing MODE. This will also make the year flash and the
display will show the word Year. Alter the year by pressing the MIN button.
Press MODE to confirm the year and the month will flash. The display will show the word Month, Alter

the month by pressing the MIN button.

Press MODE to contirm the month. The date will flash and the display will show the word Date.
10. Alter the date using the MIN button and confirm using the MODE button
11. The display will show the word Format and either 24HR or 12 HR will flash. Choose between 12hr or
24hr using the MIN button.
