TROUBLE SHOOTING

PROBLEM
The flame is too high or too low.
(and / or)
The flame is orange.
The flame goes out when I
release the flame regulator
button.
When I press the piezo there is
no spark near the burner and I
can't hear the piezo any more.
The gas is not getting to the
burners.
My plancha grill is wobbly.
CAUSES
The air supply may need
adjustment.
This may be due to the safety
setting of the thermocouples.
This may be due to the piezo
lighter battery.
This may be due to a faulty
connection.
This may be due to incorrect
adjustment of the feet.
SOLUTION

To change the LR6 battery of
the piezo ignition, you simply
remove the buttons, then
unscrew the screws to remove
the coating panel of your
plancha grill and unscrew the
red button on the right-hand
side of the front to be able
to change the battery. Then
reassemble all of the parts.
Check the connections between
the gas bottle and the plancha
grill. Tighten the elbow that
controls the gas supply, tighten
the gas piping onto the elbow.
If necessary check the
instructions for your regulator.
The height of each foot needs to
be individually adjusted. While
doing this you can make sure
your plancha grill is not sloping
too much.
