TRANSPORTATION AND REPLACEMENT

STORAGE
The appliance must undergo maintenance before and after storage. After general maintenance,
all the surfaces of the appliance must be dried. It must be stored in a dry place, away from
sunlight.
TRANSPORT
The appliance must be transported manually. It can be transported horizontally or vertically. It
must be transported carefully and slowly, in order to prevent collision and impact.
REPLACING AN ELEMENT OF THE PLANCHA GRILL
All spare parts are available upon request from our technical support service by
telephone on +44 2036 270 937 or by email at happy@verycook.co.uk. The
appliance's warranty will be rendered invalid in the case of replacement of plancha
grill elements or modifications of parts carried out by persons who are not employed
by our technical department or without its agreement.

SETTING UP THE APPLIANCE

PREPARATION PHASE
•
The equipment should be kept away from combustible materials.
•
The surface of the installation area must be able to withstand a weight of at least 50 kg.
•
Special attention must be paid to fire safety rules.
•
The appliance must be installed far from flammable material.
•
The gas must be installed when the appliance has been set up.
•
The 30 mbar regulator must be connected between the appliance and the LPG gas pipe.
•
The pipe must be connected in such a way that it cannot be twisted.
•
The pipe must be screwed and tightened using pliers.
SETTING UP PHASE
•
The surface on which the appliance will be placed must be smooth and elevated. If the
appliance must be placed under a counter, the material of the surface must be non-
combustible.
•
Details relating to safety and compliance with installation requirements must be checked
before assembly.
•
The connection of the gas pipe to the appliance must be carried out in accordance with
the type of gas and the pressure shown on the label. No assembly must be carried out
which does not meet the requirements and details supplied with the appliance.
•
The intake connection dimensions are shown on the technical specifications page (see
page 18).
•
After assembly, the appliance must be used so that the combustion properties can be
checked.
•
Once assembly has been carried out, gas leak checks must be carried out with soapy water.
Bubbles will appear if there is a leak.
•
If components are used which are not original manufacturer's components, the appliance's
warranty will be rendered invalid.
