WARRANTY CONDITIONS

The guarantee covers the plancha grill unit for a period of 5 years.
The guarantee of the cooking surface varies, depending on the option selected.

The flexible gas hose supplied with the plancha grill is guaranteed for 2 years.
This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of faulty parts under normal conditions of
use and maintenance, once Verycook has confirmed the part(s) to be faulty. Before returning a
part, contact our technical department. If Verycook confirms that the part is faulty and accepts
the claim, the part will be replaced free of charge. If Verycook asks you to return the faulty
parts, transport costs must be pre-paid. Verycook will send the parts to the buyer using pre-
paid postage.
This limited warranty does not cover faults or malfunctions caused by accidents, misuse,
modification, incorrect application, acts of vandalism, incorrect installation, incorrect care /
maintenance, failure to follow normal maintenance instructions, including, but not limited to,
damage caused by the presence of insects at the level of the hotplate pipes, as indicated in this
instruction manual.
This limited warranty does not cover deterioration or damage caused by extreme weather
conditions, such as hail, hurricanes, earthquakes or tornados, or discoloration resulting from
direct or indirect (presence in the atmosphere) exposure to chemical products.
Verycook shall in no way be held responsible for special, non-material or indirect damage.
Verycook does not authorise any person or company to assume in its name any other obligation
or responsibility, in relation with the sale, installation, use, removal, return or replacement of its
equipment.
This warranty only applies to products sold at retail.
