Before installing your new refrigerator, read the manual carefully and follow these
instructions:
1. Place the refrigerator on a stable and level floor so that it makes less noise. Make sure the
floor is sturdy enough to support its weight when completely filled.
2. If you were going to place the refrigerator on a carpet, place a wooden board between
the carpet and the refrigerator. Please note that placing the refrigerator on a carpet may
cause the heat emitted by the compressor to discolor the carpet.
3. This appliance is designed to stand on its own and not to be built-in or mounted on a stand.
4. Do not tilt the refrigerator more than 45º when moving it.
5. Avoid areas where the appliance would be exposed to sunlight, heat sources (stove, stove,
radiator, etc.), extremely low ambient temperatures or high humidity. Installing it in the
coolest area of the room will save energy.
Handle with care! Do not apply force to any parts such as the condenser or doors. The metal
rails under the refrigerator may have sharp edges, so always unpack it carefully. Do not drag
the refrigerator, put it carefully in its place so that it does not scratch the floor.
• Install the refrigerator so that you have enough space to open the door.
• Leave a minimum clearance of 100mm at the rear of the refrigerator to ensure air can circu-
late freely so the compressor and condenser can cool. Also leave at least 50mm of space at
the top of the fridge and 50mm on each side.
• The appliance must be level for it to function properly. If not properly leveled, the doors and
magnetic seal alignment will not be covered properly.
• To level the refrigerator, adjust one or both of the leveling feet on its base.
