Warranty of digi-tech gmbh
This device comes with a 3 year warranty from the date of purchase� In
case there are defects in this product, you have legal rights against the seller
of the product� These legal rights are not limited by our warranty described
below�
Warranty terms
The warranty period starts on the date of purchase� Please keep the
receipt in a safe place� This receipt is required as proof of purchase� If
a material or manufacturing defect occurs within 3 years from the date
of purchase of this product, we will - at our option – repair or replace
the product for you free of charge� This warranty claim requires you to
submit the defective device and the proof of purchase (receipt) within
the three-year period and briefly describe what the defect is and when
it occurred, in writing� If the defect is covered by our warranty, you will
receive the repaired or a new product back� The warranty period does
not restart when the product is repaired or replaced�
Warranty period and legal claims for defects
The warranty period is not extended by the warranty claim� This also
applies to replaced and repaired parts� Any damage and defects alrea-
dy present at the time of purchase must be reported immediately after
