This vacuum cleaner has a protection feature that can cut off the power supply to the motorised
brush and stop its operation when the air duct and/or the brush get blocked. Switch off the
vacuum cleaner and unblock the brush or air duct immediately.
Once unblocked, do not use the product until it cools down.
1. Unplug the vacuum cleaner from the mains and press the motorised-brush release
button to remove it.
2. Turn the knob on the bottom of the motorised brush with a coin to put it in the unlocked
position, as shown in Figure 9.
3. Open the latch
4. Lift the brush from the left-hand side and remove it.
5. Remove whatever was blocking the suction, being careful not to damage the brush.
6. Align and refit the brush.
7. Turn the knob at the bottom with a coin to put it in the locked position.
6. TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSES
No or weak suction The dust tank is full.
The filtering system is not
correctly installed.
The filter is clogged.
The air duct or the suction
tube is clogged.
The brush does not spin The motorised brush is
blocked.
