Basic bubble waffles

Ingredients:
170 g
Flour
10 g
Custard flour
3 tsp
Baking powder

Evaporated milk

Vegetable oil

Vanilla extract
Preparation:
Preheat the product .
Sift all dry ingredients in a bowl . Set aside .
In another bowl, beat the eggs and the
sugar into a fluffy light yellow mixture . Add
water and evaporated milk .
Pour the egg mixture into the dry ingredients
mixture . Beat in slow speed until well mixed
and smooth .
Fold in vegetable oil and vanilla extract .
Spray the bubble waffle plates

Evenly pour the batter on the lower bubble
waffle plate
