Check the connection between the cooling stand and the USB power
adapter (or the USB output port of your PS4 console).
The cooling stand is not charging the controllers via the
charging docks.
Your connectionsmay be loose.
Check the connection between the connectors on the charging docks and
the extension ports of the DualShock
The controller is charging slowly.
The output capacity of the connected USB power adapter is too low.
Turn off the cooling fan to speed up the charging if necessary.
A USB power supply with an output voltage of 5V and an output current
of at least 3A must be used to operate the product.
P Storage during non-use
• Store the product in a dry dust-free location, protected from direct sunlight.
P Cleaning and care
• Unplug the product before cleaning and remove all plugs!
• No acid, chafing or solvent cleaning agents should be used or the product
can be damaged.
• Only clean the outside of the product using a soft, dry cloth!
• At persistent soiling, a mild cleaning agent can be used.
