Conversion
When Conversion Mode (formerly Linearize) is selected
(default), an H
measurement screen. The gage displays a more accurate
measurement that has been adjusted for the non-linearity of
replica tape.
When Conversion Mode is disabled, an H icon
at the center left of the measurement screen. The gage displays
the measured thickness without adjustment, comparable to an
analog spring micrometer. A correction table must be used to
accurately measure surface profile using replica tape.
Tape Grade
Selects a replica tape grade. Required when Conversion mode
formerly Linearize mode (H
XC Extra Coarse (default)
XC+ Extra Coarse Plus
NOTE:
Coarse Minus replica tape does not require
conversion. Turn Conversion mode (above) off when
measuring this grade of replica tape.
