Step 4:
Attach the long bar holder (5) at side post left and right (4+11).
1. Put the preassembled unit with long bar holder (5) onto the tubes'
end of side post left and right (4+11) so that the holes align
2. Place the back pad (16) with threat holes onto the holes of back
pad holder (7) and tighten the back pad (16) with screws M8x45
(43) and washers 8//16 (38) firmly.
3. Fix the lordose pad (14) at back pad (16) with strap if its need
for exercise.
Step 5:
Attach the arm pads (13) at arm pad holder left and right (6+10).
1. Put the hand grip tubes (8) in desired position into arm pad holder
left and right (6+10) and fix position by using grip screw (28).
2. Push on the handle foams (19) onto the tube ends of arm pad
holder (6+10).
3. Place the arm pads (13) with threat holes onto the long holes of
arm pad holder (6+10) and tighten the arm pad (13) with screws
M8x20 (32) and washers 8//16 (38) firmly.
(Note: Hand grip tubes (8) and arm pads (13) should be adjusted
in the right way for exercise person to get a comfortable exercise
position.)
