bed systems, please quote the Quality ID. No., which can be found on a sticker on the underside
of the 2nd rail from the top of your bed frame.
POSSIBLE CAUSES

Check power supply

Check connection to remote unit
3.
Is there a power outage?
4.
Are batteries in remote unit or control
unit (emergency lowering system)
discharged?
5.
Is remote unit defective?
6.
Possible defect of thermic overload fuse
Transmission damaged
(worm drive damaged)
Drive damaged
(worm drive / spindle damaged)
SOLUTIONS
1.
Insert plug into power socket
2.
Connect remote control plug
3.
Connect other electrical equipment into
the wall plug to test for power availability
4.
Test batteries and possibly exchange
5.
If possible, exchange remote unit and re-test
6.
Return drive including the remote unit
for service
