WARRANTY SERVICES
The legal warranty of up to 2 years applies to
Froli
mattresses
and pillows. In addition, Froli
offers a further 5-year guarantee on comfort
slats and mattress cores. After expiry of the
legal warranty, the period of use is also taken
into account for these products. A deductible
of 1/7 of the cost of parts is applied per year
from the date of purchase. We ask for your un-
derstanding that the guarantee for covers is
limited to the legal regulations.
Excluded from this warranty are claims re-
sulting from proven mishandling or care, and
discolouration of the foam due to exposure
to light. Please follow the washing and care
instructions.
ECOLOGICAL –
CONSIDERATIONS
Froli bed systems are developed according to ecological criteria. The manufacturing process is
designed to conserve resources and protect the environment. For ease of transport and ecology,
the bed systems are manufactured in a dismountable form. For the sake of the environment,
individual parts can be returned to the resource cycle after disassembly. Froli accepts the return
of Froli bed systems for professional disposal at the customer's request.

The guarantee for
Froli bed
systems,

pillows
is excluded in the event of da-
mage caused by improper handling, misuse or
natural wear and tear. The guarantee for mat-
tresses is only valid if a flawless slat base is
used. The warranty does not cover the use of
an unsuitable slat base. The proof of purchase
serves as a guarantee claim. Froli will decide
whether to replace or repair the mattress free
of charge.
Shipping, transport and installation costs in-
curred after the end of the statutory warranty
period will be charged.

elements are solid-colored and unpainted. Softeners and other
harmful additives are not used.
