FROLI BED SYSTEMS
WITH BED LEGS
Many Froli bed systems can be fitted with opti-
onal bed legs, which allow them to be used as a
free-standing version or placed in existing bed
bases. Froli supplies various bed foot designs in
different heights on request.
Anti-slip elements can be used depending on
the floor covering.
Fitting the bed legs
Froli recommends that the bed legs are always
fitted by 2 people. The bed legs are connected
to the outer corner through the holes provided
using the screws supplied with the foot sets.
FROLI DOUBLE BEDS, EXTRA LENGTHS / WIDTHS,
MOTOR SYNCHRONISATION
For double beds on legs, we recommend Froli double bed connector
sets; they connect the two outer rails using U-profiles and an additional
support leg. Froli hotel beds are set on 8 legs and are held together by
2 double bed connectors.
Motorised double beds are easuky adjusted simultaneously by synchro-
nisation. For extra lengths and -For excess lengths and widths (from 210
cm length or 120 cm width), support legs can be optionally fitted to the
centre strut of the bed to prevent swaying when a lot of weight is taken
up (the stability of the bed system is guaranteed without support legs).
FROLI MATTRESS HOLDER
If the Froli bed system is used as a free-stand-
ing version, mattress holders are required to
prevent the mattress from slipping. Froli also
recommends mattress holders for frames with
motorised adjustment. The mattress holders
are available as an option from your authorized
dealer. We recommend fitting 5 holders to a
single bed: one on the footboard and 2 on each
side of the frame. For double beds or extra-
wide beds, please fit 2 at the foot end and 2
on each side of the frame. The mattress holders
of the frame must be attached at the points
provided when the bed is set up.
Mounting the mattress holders
It is recommended that the mattress holders
are attached to the inside of the Froli frame
only after the bed legs have been attached.
Chrome mattress holders for 2 and 4-motor
frames are simply inserted into the holders.
