WARNING: Never run the mixer in free air. Start only when immerged.
Before using the mixer , insert the battery pack as shown in figures 1 and 2.

IMMERSE THE MIXER FOOT
In order to be fully efficient, you must use the mixer as indicated bellow. The
oblique position will give you better results and avoid any dammages to your
cocking pot:

B) Operating the Mixer.
• Hold the mixer by the handle with one hand and put
a finger on the «G» switch without pressing
• With your other hand, press the «BS» security
switch.
• Now while maintaining «BS» depress, start the
mixer by pressing the «G» switch. You can now
release the the «BS» switch and operate the mixer.
• To stop the mixer, release pressure of the «G»
switch. G BS
