In case your appliance does not work properly, please take a look at this checklist
first. It may be just a minor problem that you can fix without assistance.

Never try to repair the appliance on your own. In case of malfunction,
repairs must be carried out by authorised professionals only.
Possible cause / remedy
the mains plug (8) is not connected to an electrical outlet.
Plug the mains plug (8) into an appropriate electrical outlet.
Make sure that it is firmly plugged in.
the door is not fully closed.
Close the door, and make sure that the door lock (1)
engages.
the time control (10) was not turned or was set to too short
a cooking time.
Turn the time control (10). To set a cooking time of less than
10 minutes, turn the time control (10) past 10 minutes; then
turn it anti­clockwise back to the desired cooking time.
the selected power level is too low, or the time setting is
too short.
Select a higher power level and/or a longer time setting.
the selected power level is too high, or the time setting is
too long.
Select a lower power level and/or a shorter time setting.
Food was placed to the side of the interior.
Place the food in the centre of the turntable (3) as far as
possible.
Oil or metal crockery influence the heating effect.
Clean the appliance after each use, and do not place any
metal crockery in it.
turntable (3) / roller ring (5) not positioned correctly.
Reposition the turntable (3) / roller ring (5) to ensure that
the underside of the turntable (3) is in the centre of the
turnstile (4).
