Periodically check the width of the friction material layer of the pads,
making sure it never falls below the wear limit (1 mm).
WARnInG
If the brake pads are excessively worn out, the effective-
ness of the braking system decreases, increasing the risk
of accidents. If the pads have worn to near the wear limit,
have both pads replaced by an authorized service centre.
ensure that the new pads are suitably broken in.
