2. Functioning mode selection
The appliance can work in two different modes: "power" or "temperature". Each pression of the
"Menu" key makes the appliance pass from one functioning mode to the other.

When in "power" mode, the "heating" light turns on and the display will show the value (in
Watts) of the currently set power level. To increase or decrease the heating power level, use
the "+" or "-" keys. The power level that can be selected are the following:
Mod. RP350Pro, TT350 and TT350W: 200 – 500 – 1000 – 1200 – 1800 – 2000 – 2400 – 2800 –
3200 – 3500W.
Mod. TT500 and TT500W: 500 – 1000 – 1500 – 2000 – 2500 – 3000 – 3500 – 4000 – 4500 –
5000W.

When in "temperature" mode, the "Temp." light turns on and the display will show the approx.
Value (in Celsius degrees) of the temperature of the base od the pan/wok/cookware. To
increase or decrease the temperature, use the "+" or "-" keys. The temperature can be set (in
steps of 20 °C) from a minimum of 60 °C to a maximum of 240 °C.
PLEASE NOTE: the temperature is detected by a probe in contact with the ceramic-glass cooking
surface in the internal part of the appliance; considering the dissipation factors of the materials
in contact and of the ceramic-glass surface, the detected temperature has to be considered
purely indicative and subjet to a reasonable approximation.
3. Activation and adjustment of the Timer function
When the appliance is functioning (both in "Power" and in "Temperature" modes), it is possible to
activate the Timer function that stops the heating when the set time expires. To activate the timer,
press the "Timer" key while the appliance is functioning: the light over the "timer" key will light up and
on the display the value "0:00" (representing the time in hours/minutes that the appliance will
function before automatically turning off the heating) will start blinking. Increase or dectrease the time
with the keys "+" or "-" (at each pression the time will be increased or decreased by one minute steps.
To quickly increase/decrease the value, keep the keys "+" or "-" pressed). Once the timer is set, the
appliance will continue to function in the set mode for the set time, after which it will automatically
switch to the "OFF" mode, stopping the heating function. While functioning with the timer mode set,
the display will alternatively show the power/temperature currently set and the residual working time.
During the functioning with the timer function, the operator can always increase or decrease the
heating power or the set temperature by means of the keys "+" and "-", while pressing the "menu"
key to change the functioning mode will automatically turn off the timer function.
4. Keys "LOCK" function
The keys lock function can be activated by keeping the "LOCK" key pressed for more than 3 seconds.
The light over the "LOCK" key will light up and all the keys with the exception of the "ON/OFF" key will
stop working to prevent any unwanted pression that may change the set woking mode, power,
temperature, timer etc.
To deactivate the keys lock function, keep the "LOCK" key pressed for more than 3 seconds, until the
light over the"LOCK" key will turn off.
