Intertek Certificate
This Certificate is for the exclusive use of
Intertek's client and is provided pursuant to the
agreement between Intertek and its Client.
Intertek's responsibility and liability are limited to
the terms and conditions of the agreement.
Intertek assumes no liability to any party, other
than to the Client in accordance with the
agreement, for any loss, expense or damage
occasioned by the use of this Certificate. Only the
Client
is
authorized
to
permit
distribution of this Certificate. Any use of the
Intertek name or one of its marks for the sale or
advertisement of the tested material, product or
service must first be approved in writing by
Intertek.
The manufacturer must inform Intertek Testing
and Certification Limited if any mechanical or
material changes made to the products covered
by this certificate, as unauthorised modifications
would invalidate this certificate.
This is to certify that the appliances listed have been examined
and found to comply with the essential requirements listed in
Annex I of Council Directive of 30 November 2009 on the
approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to
appliances burning gaseous fuels 2009/142/EC (ex-90/396/EEC).
In order to demonstrate full compliance with the Gas
Appliance Directive 2009/142/EC (ex-90/396/EEC), an EC
Surveillance Certificate (EC Declaration of Conformity to
Type) is required.
