Cleaning and maintenance

Wipe the sander with a well-wrung cloth after use, and al-
ways keep the surface and ventilation holes free of dirt.
Always ensure the extraction holes on the sanding pad are
kept clean. Empty the dust bag when required and never
let it become over-full.
Never use corrosive or abrasive detergents, as they may
attack the plastic parts of the machine.
If the motor generates an excessive amount of sparks, check
and if necessary replace the carbon brushes.
