Assembly of the base frame and main frame
1. Assemble the foot cap (13) to the back base tube (2). Assemble the rubber cushion (14) to
the front base tube (3).
2. Screw together the back base tube (2) to the main frame (1), secured with hex bolt M10x65
hex bolt (20, 2pcs), M10 washer (23, 4pcs) and M10 nylon nut (25, 2pcs).
3. Screw together the front base tube (3) and foot platform (10) to the main frame (1), secured
with hex bolt M10x25 hex bolt (21, 2pcs), M10 washer (23, 4pcs) and M10 nylon nut (25, 2pcs).
Assembly of the cushion
1. Insert the adjustable tube (4) to the main frame (1),locked by quick pin (11).
2. Screw together the leg support tube (5) to the main frame (1), secured with hex bolt M10x65
hex bolt (20, 2pcs), M10 washer (23, 4pcs) and M10 nylon nut (25, 2pcs).
3. Insert the foam tube (6) into the hole of leg support tube (5),then put the foam (12) on both
side of foam tube.
4. Attach the cushion (9) to the adjustable tube (4), secured with hex bolt M8x20 hex bolt (22,
4pcs) and M8 washer (24, 4pcs).
5. Screw together the handle bar (left)(7) and (right)(8) to the adjustable tube (4), secured
with hex bolt M10x65 hex bolt (20, 2pcs), M10 washer (23, 4pcs) and M10 nylon nut (25, 2pcs).
