The following pages will explain exactl how to operate our new training device and will
illustrate the fundamentals of fitness training. In order to reach our desired training goal,
it is imperative to inform ourself about important points for creating a training program
in general and about the exact wa to operate our home trainer using this manual as a
guide. Therefore, please thoroughl read all of the points listed here and pa them close
attention.
USE
1. RESISTANCE LEVEL ADJ USTMENT
ou can set different resistance levels to regulate the intensit of our workout. ou can
adjust the level using the fl wheel.
2. SETTING THE PEDAL STRAPS
ou should set the pedal straps for ideal use of the exercise bike. Put on g m shoes to
find the ideal strap length. Set the straps so that our feet slip just in and out.
3. BRAKE SYSTEM
The product has been outfitted with a magnetic braking s stem. The braking s stem is
speed-independent.
DESIGNING A TRAINING PROGRAM
In order to achieve noticeable ph sical and health improvements, the following factors
have to be considered before determining the necessar training effort.
1. INTENSITY
The level of ph sical strain during training must exceed the normal burden without
reaching a point of breathlessness or exhaustion. A suitable guideline for effective training
is our pulse.
During training, it should be at a level between 0 and 85 of our maximum pulse.
