Mechanischer Teil
Azimutjustage
a} Linsenschrauben 32 entfernen. Abdeckrahmen 36 abnehmen.
b) Befestigungsschraube I6sen und Begrenzungsdése O wegschwenken.
c}) Kopfvisier 17 etwas nach unten driicken. Achtung Kopfanschlisse!
Mit Schraube A Azimut einstellen.
d) BegrenzungsGse O festschrauben und so ausrichten, da der Weg des
Kopfvisiers begrenzt wird.
Aufnahme-/Wie dergabe kopf Austausch
a) Drehknépfe 35 abziehen. Frontblende 31 abnehmen.
b) Die beiden Befestigungsschrauben entfernen und Biel mit der
- Tastatur 18 abnehmen. Anmerkung: Tastatur ist schwimmend mit
dem Bigel verschraubt, damit sie sich im Abdeckrahmen zentrieren
kann.
c) A/W-Kopf 101 eustauschen. Bandfiihrung B fluchtend zum Ldsch-
kopf Bg und Bandfihrung By ausrichten. Teite montieren, Azimut
wie oben beschriebden einstellen.
Léschkopf Austausch |
a} und b) wie bei A/W-Kopf Austausch
c) Ldéschkopf 100 austauschen. LOschkopf mit Schraube C leicht fest-
schrauben und mit Schraube D so justieren, da& die Bandfiihrung
Bo mit Bandtthrung Bq fluchtet. |
Mechanical section
Azimuth adjustment
a) Remove the screws 32. Replace the frame 36.
b}) Remove the screw and tape stop O.
c) Press the heed cover 17 to upward! Caution: head connections Azi-
muth with screw A adjustment.
d) Mounting the stop Oso that the head cover way is limited.
Record/playback head replace | '
a) Remove the rotary knobs 35 and the front trim plate 31.
b) Remove the screw and replacer the support with key board.
Caution: The key board is not fixed with the support.
c) Replace the R/P-head. Such a way that the tape quide B in line with
the tape guides By and Bz. Mounting the piece Azimuth adjustment
see above.
Erase head replace
a) and b) see record/playback head.
c) Replace the erase head. With screw C to mounting the erase head. |
With the screw D adjustment the erase head so that the tape guide
B> with tape guide By is in line.
Partie mécanique
Alignement électrique
a) Entever les vis a téte bombée 32. Retirer le cadre 36.
b) Détacher les vis de fixation et pivoter la languette de limitation O.
c) Presser legerement en bas la visiére 17. Attention aux jonctions!
Régler l''alignement électrique par vis A.
d) Fixer la languette de limitation O pour limiter !a mouvement de la
visiére.
Remplacement de ia téte d'enregistrement/reproduction
a) Retirer les boutons rotatifs 35. Enlever le panneau frontai 31.
b) Eloigner les Geux vis de fixation et enlever l''attache qui retient les
touches 18. P.S. I'attache retient les touches en balance pour la
centrer dans le couvercle.
c) En rempiacant ta téte, régler le guide de la bande. Le guide B doit
é6tre en coordination avec la téte d'effacement B2 et le guide de la
bande By.
Monter les piéces et régler l'alignement électrique comme décrit.
Remplacement de la téte d'effacement
a) Retirer les boutons rotatifs 35. Enlever le panneau frontal 31.
b) Eloigner les deux vis de fixations et enlever l'attache qui retient les
touches 18.
c) Remplacer la téte d efieserians. Fixer tégérement la téte d'efface-
ment avec la vis C et régler la téte par la vis D. Le guide de la bande
Bg doit étre en coordination avec le guide de la bande By.
