Equipment Mounting Bracket
2. Attach the mounting bracket to the bedrail clamp.
2.1 Ensure bedrail clamp is loose enough to slide over bedrail.
NOTE: Bedrail clamp may be loosened by turning knob
counter-clockwise.
2.2. Slide bedrail clamp on bedrail.
2.3. Place mounting bracket through the bedrail clamp.
2.4. Position assembly in desired location on bedrail.
2.5. Securely tighten knob on bedrail clamp.
2.6. Ensure security of entire assembly prior to start of procedure.
CLEANING
Clean the mounting bracket and bedrail clamp before each use. Follow the
procedure below to disinfect the mounting bracket and edrail clamp.
1. Moisten a soft cloth with 70% isopropyl alcohol.
2. Air dry or towel dry with a sterile cloth.

St. Jude Medical (SJM) warrants that its products shall be free from defects in
materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not exceed the
"Expiration" date stated on any product labeling. The authorized uses and approved
methods of use of each of our products are set forth in the related "Instructions for
Use" that accompany each product. SJM disclaims any responsibility and liability for
the use of its products in a manner that has not been authorized or approved. SJM's
liability under this warranty is limited to replacing its products. The foregoing warranty
excludes and is in lieu of all other warranties whether expressed or implied including,
but not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular
purpose. SJM disclaims any liability for any incidental or consequential loss,
damage, or expense directly or indirectly arising from the use of this product, other
than as expressly provided by specific law. SJM neither assumes nor authorizes
any other person to assume for it any other or additional liability for loss, damage, or

AUSTRALIA ONLY - LIMITED WARRANTY AND DISCLAIMER
This warranty is given by St. Jude Medical (SJM). To make inquiries regarding
this warranty, use the contact information for either the manufacturer or Australian
Sponsor located on the back cover.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian
Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and
compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also
entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable
quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
The benefits to you given by this warranty are in addition to your other rights and
remedies under the Australian Consumer Law.
SJM warrants to the buyer that the goods, for a period equal to the validated shelf
life of the goods (the "Warranty Period"), shall meet the product specifications
established by the manufacturer when used in accordance with the manufacturer's
instructions for use and shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship.
Unless otherwise obligated by law or mandatory consumer guarantees, under
this warranty SJM will, at its option, replace or repair the goods at its factory, if the
buyer, at the buyer's expense, returns the goods within the Warranty Period to SJM
to the address below and after SJM confirms that the goods are defective.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, if a mandatory term is implied by law or
a mandatory consumer guarantee applies to the goods, and the goods are not of
a kind ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic or household use or consumption,
SJM's liability for the breach of the term or guarantee is limited to, at SJM's option,
either replacement or repair of the goods or payment of the costs of replacing or
repairing the goods.

CONSUMER GUARANTEES, OR AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THIS
WARRANTY, ST. JUDE MEDICAL DISCLAIMS ANY REPRESENTATION OR

The Instructions for Use is recyclable. Dispose of all packaging materials as
appropriate. You can also return the device to the manufacturer for disposal.
