Not possible to update the firmware
Cause:
An old version of „BasicLoad" is installed on the PC
Remedy:
Install a newer version of „BasicLoad" on the PC, repeat the update
Update does not start
The status LED in the „BasicLoad" window flashes yellow
Cause:
The components are not connected correctly
Remedy:
Ensure that all components are properly connected to each other
„Error occurred when opening the interface!" message
Cause:
BasicLoad settings are not set to LocalNet
Remedy:
Set the BasicLoad settings to LocalNet
