Assembling the Curved
Handle
For a simple installation, select cut-
ting height 25 mm (see „Adjusting
the cutting height").
(Fig. A)
1. Pull the connecting caps (3a) over the
tube ends on the lower bar (3). Slightly
bend up the lower bar (3) and attach
it with the connecting caps (3a) right
and left onto the lawn mower housing
(8).
2. Fasten the lower bar (3) using the wing
screws (11) for the bar fastening.
Select one of the 3 possible
height settings marked on the
lawn mower housing (8) and on
the connection cap (3a).
(Fig. B)
3. Thread the extension cable strain relief
(2) onto the U-handle (1).
4. Fix the U-handle (1) to the lower bar
(3) using the enclosed triangular grip
screws (24) and two quick-release le-

5. Lock the quick-release levers (15) by
pressing them in the direction of the U-
handle (1).
They must fit the U-handle so that
tensioning can be carried out with me-

Otherwise, the quick-release lever (15)
must be turned clockwise for tensioning
them or anticlockwise to loosen it.
6. Clip the cable holders (16) right and left
onto the lower bar (3) and U-handle (1)
and use them to fix the machine cable
(12) and Bowden cable (4) in place.
Mounting the grass
