TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM
The product button LED is not lit
when it is energized.
The EVC does not start charging
EV although the button LED is
blue.
The product does not lock the
cable in charging state.
The button LED is blinking red.
The button LED is steady red.
POSSIBLE REASONS
There might be power outage or
the circuit breaker can be tripped.
The charging cable might not be
connected properly to the EVC
and EV. The EV is not in
charging state or its battery is
full.
The charging cable might not
be connected properly to the
charging station and vehicle.
Your vehicle needs ventilation
during charging because of the
drivetrain battery type. This
vehicle charger unit is intended
only for charging electric vehicles
not requiring ventilation during
charging.
The AC supply voltage might not
be in the range that is specified
in the user manual or the EVC
device might have an internal
fault.

SUGGESTED
SOLUTIONS
Check the circuit breaker is
not tripped and ensure that the
charger is supplied with power.
Be sure that charging cable is
connected properly to both sides.
Please check your EV if it is in
charging mode or not.
Be sure that cable is connected
properly. If the problem still
continues, please consult the
service.
You need to use appropriate
charging station in connection
with an appropriate ventilation
unit for charging your vehicle.
Please be sure that the voltage
is in the desired range. Press the
button at least 5 seconds to clear
fault of the EVC. If the button is
still steady red, please consult
the service.
