TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem
After installing the application and
pairing the mobile phone with the
robotic vacuum cleaner, the
vacuum cleaner is "Not
connected".
The robotic vacuum cleaner does
not start cleaning.
The robotic vacuum cleaner
cannot be charged.
The robotic vacuum cleaner does
not return to the charging base.
The robotic vacuum cleaner is
offline (not connected to the Wi-Fi
router).
The vacuuming is very loud.
Poor cleaning quality.
The robotic vacuum cleaner does
not start scheduled cleaning.
The vacuum cleaner battery
cannot be charged
BATTERY CARE
•
If you are going to transport the robotic vacuum cleaner or if you are not going to use it for a long
time, turn it off.
•
Recharge the battery to full capacity after three months of non -use.
Solution
Turn your Wi-Fi router on and off, remove your robot vacuum
in the app, and try to pair it again. We recommend always
being close to the Wi-Fi router during pairing.
•
The robotic vacuum cleaner has a weak battery. Charge
the battery to full capacity before starting cleaning.
•
The battery is too hot. Use the robotic vacuum cleaner in
temperatures of 0°C ~ 40°C.
•
The charging station is not connected to the network.
Make sure the power cord is properly connected.
•
The charging electrodes have bad contact with the
robotic vacuum cleaner. Clean the electrodes on the
robotic vacuum cleaner and on the charging base.
Make sure there is enough space around the charging station
and the detection zone of the charging station is clean.
Make sure your Wi-Fi network is properly set up and fully
functional. The robotic vacuum cleaner should always be
within range of a high-quality and strong Wi-Fi signal from
your Wi-Fi router.
Clean the main center brush, the side brush, the travel
wheels, the underside of the robot vacuum and the front
bumper.
Empty the dust container. Clean or replace the HEPA filter
and clean the center cleaning brush.

If the robotic vacuum cleaner's battery is low, cleaning
will not start. Charge up battery on full capacity please .
•
Scheduled cleaning won't be correctly synchronized
between the robotic vacuum cleaner and your mobile
phone if the robotic vacuum cleaner is disconnected
from the Wi-Fi network. Therefore, keep the robotic
vacuum cleaner always within reach of a high-quality
and strong Wi-Fi signal from your Wi-Fi router.

Make sure that rechargeable contacts they are correctly
connected at parking in charging base
•
Rechargeable the base should be still connected to
electrical network, do not turn it off. The vacuum
cleaner is after always ready for the next one cleaning
with fully loaded batteries.
