Appliance description
This tap is intended for operation with a sealed vented (pressure
tested) instantaneous water heater.
The pivoting spout is fitted with a perlator.

Operation
You draw hot water by just activating the left handle. You can draw
cold water by just activating the right handle.
When you activate both handles you can mix the required
temperature by opening and closing the water streams as
appropriate.
With the WBMD tap you can switch between the pivoting spout
and the hand shower. For this, press the changeover control while
drawing water.
After drawing has finished the tap automatically resets itself
so that when water is drawn next, it will flow from the pivoting
spout again.

Cleaning, care and maintenance
Clean the taps with a damp cloth. Never use abrasive or corrosive
cleaning agents.
Descale the perlator if it is clogged with limescale. Remove it from
the pivoting spout to do this.

What to do if ...
6.1
... there is no hot water
The drawoff valve is fully opened. In this case it could be that
the instantaneous water heater has not heated the water because
there is no power. Check the MCB/fuse and residual current device
in your fuse box.
6.2
... the water flow rate is weak
It could be that the perlator in the tap is contaminated or scaled
up. In this case clean the perlator or descale it. You can order the
perlator from us as a replacement part with part number 279932.
6.3
... the shower is performing poorly
In this situation it could be that the hand shower is scaledup or
contaminated. If so clean the hand shower or descale it. You can
order the hand shower from us as a replacement part with part
number 279482.
