Dispersion tool S 25 N - 10G
Overview (Fig. 4)
The bearing of the S 25 N - 10G shaft is designed as a slide bea-
ring. The slide bearing is made of PTFE.
The dispersion tool can be disassembled for cleaning as described
below:
• Unscrew the rotor (6) from the shaft (10) using the flat and
shaft key included in the tool set. The rotor is held fast by
means of the flat key and screwed off from above by turning
the shaft using the shaft key.
• Pull the shaft (10) out of the shaft tube in an upward direc-
tion.
• Take the grooved piston ring bearing (5) out of the shaft
tube. The grooved piston ring bearing (5) and the check plate
(4) must be replaced in the case of wear.
Reassemble the dispersion tool in the reverse sequence.

Sterilization :
After cleaning the dispersion tools the method A), B) and C) is sui-
table for this dispersion tool.

a slide bearing. The slide bearing is made of PTFE.
The dispersion tool can be disassembled for cleaning as described below:
Reassemble the dispersion tool in the reverse sequence.

Sterilization :
After cleaning the dispersion tools the method A) is suitable for this
dispersion tool. The methods B) and C) must not be used otherwise the
ball bearing will be destroyed.

• Unscrew the rotor (11) from the shaft (8) using the flat and shaft
key included in the tool set. The rotor is held fast by means of the
flat key and screwed off from above by turning the shaft using the
shaft key.
• Pull the shaft (8) out of the shaft tube in an upward direction.
• Take the bearing bushing (10) out of the shaft tube. The bearing
bushing (10) has to be replaced in the case of wear.
