GUARANTEE
This machine is guaranteed by us for one year, counted from date of invoice.
• Should during the guarantee period any part of the machine be proved defective in
material workmanship,
• do we guarantee at our own descretion to supply free of charge a new part to repair
the defective part, provided that it is returned to our factory freight pre-paid.
• The purchaser or agent shall notify us immediately in written form of any defects
that have appeared, and he shall give us every opportunity of inspecting and fixing
them.
• The purchaser or agent must not do any repair on-site, without consulting with us.
Should such repair on-site be done without our approval, this will be done at the
purchasers or agents own risk and expense.
• We assume no liability for defects in the machine due to extraneous circumstances,
wear, lack of due care and attention or faulty handling, nor can we accept any
obligation whatsoever to provide compensation for other direct or indirect costs in
connection with cases covered by this guarantee.

valid.
