2. Screw Akrapovič heat shield's M5 bolts and heat-resistant washers from Akrapovič installation kit on Akrapovič heat
shield (F 15).
IMPORTANT: make sure to place the heat resistant washers between the brackets and carbon fiber heat
shield and between bolts' heads and heat shield!
INSTALLATION TIP: screw the heat resistant washers onto the bolts; do not try to push them on!
3. Tighten the heat shield's onto the muffler, using M5 bolts to the specified torque (F 16).
IMPORTANT: be careful not to damage the exhaust or any other part of the motorcycle during this process!
