BATTERY
Only charge the batteries in chargers recommended by
the manufacturer. A charger that is suitable for a specific
type of battery poses a fire hazard if it is used with other
batteries.
Only use the batteries intended for this purpose in the
power tools. The use of other batteries can lead to inju-
ries and fire hazards.
Keep the unused battery away from paper clips, coins,
keys, nails, screws or other small metal objects that could
bridge the contacts. A short circuit between the battery
contacts can result in burns or fire.
If used incorrectly, liquid may leak from the battery. Avoid
contact with it. In the event of accidental contact, rinse
with water. If the liquid gets into your eyes, seek additi-
onal medical attention. Leaking battery fluid can cause
skin irritation or burns.
Vapours may escape if the battery is used improperly or if
it is damaged. Supply fresh air and consult a doctor if you
feel unwell. The vapours can irritate the respiratory tract.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS BATTERY CHARGER
The appliance can be used by children aged from 8
years and above and persons with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and
/ or knowledge if they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe

Ensure that the mains voltage matches the specifications
on the charger's rating plate. There is a risk of electric
shock.
Only disconnect cable connections by pulling on the
plug. Pulling on the cable could damage the cable and

Never charge batteries in the vicinity of acids or highly
flammable materials.
Protect the battery from heat and fire.
Only use the battery in an ambient temperature between
10°C and +40°C.
Never place on radiators or expose to strong sunlight for
long periods of time.
Allow to cool down after heavy use.
Do not bridge the short-circuit contacts of the battery
with metal parts.
When disposing of, transporting or storing the battery, it
must be packed (plastic bag, box) or the contacts must be
taped.
