Fissaggio gancio RAI-FIX (fig. 3; fig.4)
Forare la parete con punta in corrispondenza di uno dei fori del gancio
RAI-FIX. Inserire attraverso l'apposito foro sul gancio RAI-FIX il tassello
ad espansione. Fissare il gancio RAI-FIX per
tiva utilizzare una chiodatrice.
Sostituzione di una lastra già posata (fig. A)
Per la sostituzione di una lastra posata con RAI-FIX a seguito di un suo
danneggiamento o a causa del cedimento dell'adesivo che la sostiene è
necessario seguire la seguente procedura:
1) Rimuovere la lastra e l'adesivo presente sul supporto dietro alla
lastra stessa, rimuovendo tutti i residui. Al termine di questa op-
erazione rimarrà in vista la parte inferiore dei RAI-FIX che erano
agganciati alla lastra rimossa (vedi Fig.B).

2) Eseguire un ritaglio rettangolare di dimensione minima pari a circa
60x70 mm (23,6" x 27,5") sulla lastra posta al di sopra dalla
lastra appena rimossa e in corrispondenza dei RAI-FIX, che erano
agganciati alla lastra rimossa. Per effettuare questa operazione:
a. disegnare il perimetro dei tagli da effettuare sulla lastra sopra
(vedi Fig.C);
b. eseguire dei fori Ø10mm in corrispondenza dei due angoli su-
periori di ogni ritaglio da effettuare (è consigliato l'utilizzo dei
foretti diamantati per uso ad umido RAIMONDI, art.181U010);
c. eseguire il taglio con smerigliatrice angolare seguendo i peri-
metri disegnati precedentemente e rimanendo tangente ai fori
Ø10 (vedi Fig.D).

Fixing the RAI-FIX hook (pic. 3; pic.4)
Drill the wall bit in correspondence of one of the holes of the RAI-FIX
hook. Insert the anchor through the special hole in the RAI-FIX hook.
Fix the RAI-FIX hook by mean of the anchor screw. Alternatively use a
nailer.

Replacement an already laid slab (fig. A)
In order to replace a slab laid with RAI-FIX following its damage or due
to the failure of the adhesive that supports it, it is necessary to follow
the following procedure:
1) Remove the slab and the adhesive present on the support behind
the slab itself, removing all residues. At the end of this operation,
the lower part of the RAI-FIX that were hooked to the removed slab
will remain in view (see Fig. B).

2) Make a rectangular cut out with a minimum size of approximately
60x70 mm (23,6" x 27,5") on the slab placed above the slab
just removed and in correspondence with the RAI-FIX, which were
hooked to the removed slab. In order to carry out this operation:
a. draw the perimeter of the cuts to be carry out on the slab above
(see Fig. C);
b. drill some Ø10mm holes in correspondence with the two upper
corners of each cut to be carried out (the use of the RAIMONDI
diamond core drills for wet use, art.181U010, is recommend-
ed);
c. perform the cut with an angle grinding machine following the
perimeters drawn previously and remaining tangent to the Ø10
holes (see Fig. D).
