Incisione lastra (fig.1)
Posizionare sul retro della lastra il dispositivo RAI-CUT per eseguire, più dis-
tante possibile dal bordo lastra, l'incisione nella quale inserire poi il gancio
RAI-FIX.
ATTENZIONE:
• vALUTARE IL NUMERO DI GANCI DA UTILIZZARE
PER OGNI LASTRA.
• vERIFICARE LO SPESSORE MINIMO DELLA LASTRA.
• PER UN CORRETTO USO DEL DISPOSITIvO RAI-CUT
RIFERIRSI AL RELATIvO MANUALE DI ISTRUZIONI.
• vERIFICARE ChE LA LASTRA SIA INTEGRA E ChE
L'INCISIONE SIA RIUSCITA CORRETTAMENTE.
Inserimento del gancio di sicurezza con adesivo (fig.2)
obbligatorio per 5mm a scelta per 6/8mm
Prima di inserire il RAI-FIX nella scanalatura pulire la medesima con spugna
umida. Riempire la scanalatura, senza eccedere, con sigillante-adesivo MS
polimero. Inserire il RAI-FIX e procedere alla stesura (doppia spalmatura)
dell'adesivo per ceramica.

6/8mm
Eliminare dal gancio eventuali tracce di oli o grassi e inserire il gancio RAI-
FIX nell'incisione. Verificare che sia inserito a fondo e procedere alla stesura
(doppia spalmatura) dell'adesivo per ceramica.
Verifica superficie da rivestire
Verificare che la superficie sia solida e priva di polveri e/o grassi.
ATTENZIONE:
vALUTARE LA TIPOLOGIA DEL TASSELLO AD ESPAN-
SIONE IN FUNZIONE DELLE CARATTERISTIChE DEL
SUPPORTO E DEL PESO DELLA LASTRA.
Stesura dell'adesivo e posizionamento della lastra
Stendere l'adesivo sulla parete avendo cura di non invadere la zona di fissag-
gio del gancio RAI-FIX. Si consiglia di stendere l'adesivo anche sul retro della
piastrella (doppia spalmatura).

Creating the slot (pic.1)
Position the RAI-CUT device on the back of the slab to carry out, as far as pos-
sible from the slab edge, the incision where inserting then the RAI-FIX hook.
WARNING:
• DECIDE ThE NUMbER OF hOOKS TO bE USED FOR
• ChECK ThE MINIMUM TILE/SLAb ThICKNESS.
• FOR PROPER USE OF ThE RAI-CUT DEvICE REFER
• ChECK ThAT ThE SLAb/TILE IS INTACT AND ThAT
Inserting the safety hook with sticker (fig. 2) obligatory
for 5 mm and optional for 6/8 mm
Before inserting the RAI-FIX in the groove clean it with a wet sponge.
Fill the groove, without exceeding, with the polymeric sealant-adhesive MS.
Insert the RAI-FIX and proceed with the coat (double spreading) of the ad-
hesive for ceramic.

Eliminate from the hook any trace of oils or greases and insert the RAI-FIX
hook in the incision. Control it is completely inserted and proceed with the
coat (double spreading) of the adhesive for ceramic.
Check the support to be covered
Make sure that the surface to be tiled is solid and free of powder and/or grease.
WARNING:
DECIDE ThE LENGTh AND TYPE OF ThE EXPANSION
PLUG ACCORDING TO ThE ChARACTERISTICS OF ThE
SUPPORT AND ThE WEIGhT OF ThE SLAb/TILE.
Spread the adhesive and positioning the slab/tile
Spread the adhesive on the support (wall), taking care not to invade the area
where the RAI-FIX hook will be put. We suggest to apply the adhesive also on
the back of the tile ("back buttering").
