DESCRIPTION
No LED is flickering on PCB and 7 seg-
ments are OFF
CHL-MBS-01 is not reading/sending data
(D12 is never flickering)
HARC is not operating
(D13 is not flickering)
There is no H-LINK communication from
CHL-MBS-01
Od
CHL-MBS-01 starting shows
the firmware version number.
If Modbus wiring is wrong, they will be
showed all time.
COUNTERMEASURE
1
Ensure that 230 are supplied to Power Source

Ensure that +5V DC is supplied to K3
N O T E
•
Power source output DC signal has a rotary switch that
must be correctly set to get +5V DC.
•
D7 must be in ON

Check connection between MODBUS devices and K5
1
Check SW3 is in RUN position. If no, set RUN and push
reset.

D4 is flickering but D11 is not flickering.
