Description of food transport trolley

3.4.2 Appliance description
The standard design of the Food transport trolley is fitted with 2 cupboard compartments. You can open the
appliance from both sides owing to 4 hinged doors facing each other.
The SPTW-2/16 HH is fitted with two cupboard compartments heated with circulating air, whereas one of the
compartments of the type SPTW-2/16 HC is heated with circulating air and the other is cooled with circulat-
ing air. Due to the thermal insulation, the adjacent compartments do not affect each other. All the cupboard
compartments switched off previously can be used as neutral compartments, for instance, to transport
crockery.
The cupboard compartments are fitted with removable support ledge frames. Each compartment can hold up
to 8 gastronorm grids or gastronorm containers. You can easily and quickly remove the support ledge frames
to clean the appliance. If you should transport plated meals, you can use plate organisers in the cupboard
compartments instead of the support ledge frames.
Use a digital temperature controller to set the operating temperature for every cupboard compartment. You
can read the temperature on the digital display on the front side of the Food transport trolley. You can set
temperature between 86°F (30°C) and 185°F (85°C) for heated cupboard compartments and between 37°F
(3°C) and 50°F (10°C) for cooled compartments. Digits and symbols of control panels help to allocate them
to the corresponding cupboard compartments.
