2. Transport information
Delivery of the packaging
For transport, the heat pump is packed in a cardboard box. To avoid damage, the heat pump must be
transported on a pallet.
All material, even if transported at the supplier's expense, may be damaged in transit and it is the
recipient's responsibility to ensure that the delivery is in conformity. The recipient must note any
reservations on the carrier's delivery note on receipt if he finds damage to the packaging.
The heat pump must be stored and transported in a vertical position in its original packaging. If this is not
the case, it cannot be put into operation immediately, but a minimum period of 24 hours is required
before the power can be switched on.
